Our accommodation has changed over time, from the Meiji era to the Showa and Heisei eras.
The labyrinth-like interior of our accommodation has an atmosphere that reflects the changing of the seasons.

 

The seventh generation proprietress also prepares a monthly changing view.
You can spend a leisurely time walking on the tatami mats in tabi socks.

Gallery Kura (souvenir shop)

Located on the left side corridor leading to the large public bath.
The Miso storage was newly renovated and ready for selected souvenirs.

Opening hours: from 7:30 to 21:00

Moon Room lobby

A large fire brazier made from a 300-year-old horse chestnut tree which is used in every room and also serves as an interior decoration.

Flower Room mini library

This mini library has a variety of books that you can choose from the Showa period on the Mizuya shelves.
Coffee and tea are also available upon request.

A place to relax

Take a break and relax with soothing background music while gazing over the garden every season.
Massage chairs and other equipment are available for your use.
